Is the motor toast or not? I turn the engine over a few times after. I took off tthe distributor Cap to see if the cam was turning and it wasn't. So is the valves bent or threw the pistons or is there a chance to save it ? I thought I may wanna ask this before I go spending more cash on this for no reason. The car was idling when it went.
well luckily it was just idling, but there has to be some damage. Only way to find out is to open and check and see what u need replaced. It could possibly be salvaged.

took of the vavle cover and looks like the valves open and close fine at the top no space between them and the rocker arms to make yo u believe somethings wrong. I have a new belt to put on but i can't get the pulley bolt to come off!
be-careful putting on new belt before pinning out all the problem, it could do more damage than good. your engine is an interference type, most likely some bent valves
slip a big/long pipe to the handle of the ratchet

line it all up and pop a new belt on it you have a 50/50 chance that its ok...
or if you have a leak down tester do a cyl. leak down test that will tell you if you have any major problems.. but i would bet that it is ok since it was only at idle and you only cranked enough to check for cam rototion...
of all the honda models we have roll in with broken belts 1 in 3 are ok...

F and H motors aren't much to stress about if a timing belt breaks. Not saying that there isn't a possibility you won't have problems, but not nearly as likely as a B or D motor.
If it were me, I'd slap a new belt and water pump on and go.
