last year i went to english town raceway park..there was this kid who owned a evo . he would rev it till it hit the redline and then he would get out of tha car and walk to the back and a ball of flame would puff out of the muffler ,how was this done?is there a site that shows me how to do this??????

when you have enought psi in pressurized engine, right timing, right mixtures you can "pop" a flame even on a honda.

if your ulitmate goal is to pop a flame, you should consider yourself a ricer

 

Also a large amount of unburnt fuel in the exhaust can cause this, or a spark plug in the tail pipe and a rich air fuel mixture will do the trick as well. Still pretty gay just to want to do this for show. I think the only flames out of tail pipes should be from real race cars.

 

buy a turbo FC.....full 3 inch turbo-back exhaust will shoot 3 foot flames on downshift......my 79 MG also backfires out fire, and i can make it do that *exhaust leak(s)*.....
