Before i did this everything worked fine, but my carpet flooded with antifreeze so i took it all out, i unpluged my ecu and when i drove my car again it was in safe mode, but not really total safe mode because my VTEC still woks, does anyone have any ideas about this.
If you unplug and reset your ECU it won't necissarily put it in "safe mode" it should simply reset the ecu. If it was in "safe mode" (not even sure there is such a thing) your vtec shouldn't work just my thoughts.
ps
how did the inside of your car get flooded with anitfreeze??

I had a small leak fromm where the heater hoses meet the firewall, bad seal, my carpet and my interior smelled really horrible so i ditched it and no have no back seat, anyway so fix it my hose was all the way on the nipple so it could run down the tear and into the interior, i moved the hose back a little so i could see the space and there is no leakage, so i was gald about that.
