Alright, I know what Im gonna do, I'm gettin the 98+ conversion and get the Type R lip and OEM side skirts and either Type R wing or the Wings West 3 piece spoiler, now what rims would be better, the OEM SE rims or GSR rims? or these rimes below.

There's nothing special about rotas; they're just light and they're cheap. And the designs they copy are ones that are known to sell, so they "look good" also.

It seems as if you're building your car to what this board wants to see. Do you have friends? Why are you relying on "us" to tell you what to do? So you can post pictures and not have anyone give you a ? Well for that alone I give you a nice shiny .. there's always someone who doesn't like this or that.

Giving you advice = putting you down? Sure whatever. I would just think that people did something/made something to what THEY wanted and not what the population on a web forum did.

Those rims you linked to are generally considered to be one of the main ricer wheels..I think Konig makes ones that look just like those.

I'd say get some Rotas if you want something inexpensive, or look around for some good deals. But definitely don't get 17s, you'll regret it. A bigger wheel makes the car appear to be higher off the ground, always. 16s are a good compromise between looks, weight, and width.

i think hes right. do what YOU want. who cares what other ppl think.. its gonna be YOUR car not ours. but as for the rims.. i'd chose GSR ones. the ones in the link look ugly IMO.

Well said If you decide to go with rotas, might as well get GT3's. I know that they will be the next rims to get played out, but they are SICK!

They look like the h0ttness.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=825607

They're GAB knockoffs, just so you know. Anyway, Rotas aren't the only option. There are plenty of good looking wheels out there. You can look around and try to find something more "high end" or whatever, but Rotas are lightweight and look good. And for all the hundreds of members on here who have them, there are very few bad stories about them.

Also, while Rotas might be played out on H-T, they're not out in the real world unless you're in CA or whatever. I've only seen one set of Rotas of any kind in my area.

Just some examples of cheap, light wheels that are pretty damn good looking, in my opinion.

They don't? Why not? I'm not too up on my Rota knowledge.

Post a pic of your car. That'll get you more feedback on what would look good on it.
