What kind of Tape is on the Mugen Intake...

What kind of Tape is on the Mugen Intake...
For those that know what I'm talking about
On the bottom of the intake....*begining of the pipe* you attach two pipes together. One small and the Other one.
You use the tape that comes with the intake but I don tknwo what its called.
Does anyone know what tape that is...
Its silver and it has threads inside them

especially the flying 2"ers. they like to come out from the ground after all the rain.
