help me with my ls set-up
ok, i have finally decided to build my ls.
so far i have decided to get these parts.
pr3 overbored pistons
shotpeened ls rods
arp rod and head bolts
bottom end blueprinted and balanced
baffeled oil pan(road racing & auto X)
p&p on the ls head
crower 404
crower dual valve springs
cam gears( havent decided the kind)
port matched IM
dc sports JDM 4-1 header
custom 2.5 mandrel bent exhaust
prelude injectors
B&M fpr
chipped ecu( believe hondata)
can i use the stock retainers with the valve springs? and how do u think this set- up will turn out?
as for the tranny I want to get a b17 tranny with a 95 gs-r 5th and a ITR lsd

I dont know what to tell you as far as how well its gunna be, but your set up is a lot like mine except im gunna be running 403's. I havent finished building it yet so I dont know how well mine is even gunna do. But more power to the non vtec'ers
