how much would you pay for this

Its time for me to become a family man, with my new kid and all ant get a new lancer evo 8 . what want to know is if i should sell my car the way it is or part it out and sell it stock. The blue book on it is like $11,000, it has 70,000 miles on it and in great condition. And one more question how much would you sell it for stock price and fixed up price. List of components:
Apex'i N1 exhaust
High flow cat
JDM DC 4-1 headers
Jackson Racing supercharger
Motorvations Motorsports 9lb pulley
Hondata s200b tuned 221whp
AEM CAI cut in half to make it a short ram intake for the SC
AEM FPR
Boost and Air/Fuel Gauges set in the Bezel
Walbro 255lph Fuel pump
Brand new ITR Transmission with LSD and a Exedy organic clutch.
B&M short throw shifter, with bushings
Koni Yellows(the adjustables ones) with H&R sport springs
Carbing Type 2 Front Strut Bar(Sweet Jesus, i love this thing)
Carbing Type 2 Rear Strut bar
Kunho 712 ecsta tires.

Everything else on the car is stock, no bodykits, work on head or block. Probably got around two dings around the whole car. On top of that i have all the stock parts to put it back to stock as well, if parting it out is worth it. I don't know your opinions will be appreciated...

Try to sell it to a kid and you'll probably get more.

Honestly I'd suggest returning it to stock and parting it out. More work is required, but you can at least get some of the money you invested in it back if you were to part it out.
