I am trying to put A/C on my EK with a 96 LS motor. I just bought me a DEL SOL DOHC VTEC Bracket with a P30 stamp on it. I have not try to bolt it onto my compressor but I had put the the DEL SOl Bracket and my Bracket on the side and it does't look like the holes where the A/C compressor mount to it is the same.

Also as for the pulley, since I got it from honda it does not come with a Pulley. Do I need to get a new pulley with all the bracket?

Pretty sure the p30 AC mount is different. It will only bolt into 3 of the holes on the LS block. I think its where the headers are different on vtec and non-vtec cars.

The mount will still hold the compressor, but only 3 of the bolts instead of all 4.

And yes, you will need a pulley to run the compressor.

 

i think you have a wrong ac braket. it should be p54.

 

Is the P54 the 99-00 SI one?

 

You need the GSR one I believe.....unless there is an LS one with AC.....

 

you need a p54 bracket not a p30. I just put ac on my hatch with a gs-r swap and I used a p54

 

What car does the P54 came out of..
