Default Tein Basics

I'm looking at daily-driver and occasional auto-x for my 4dr. Most important is ride quality, but I don't have a lot of money to spend. Would an Eibach and Tokico/Kyb strut combo be better (value or ride quality) over teh Tein Basic setup? does anyone have experience with both? i need to keep cost under $700. hopefully less. and the drop would have to be at most 1.75".
And sorry I posted this question here. I can only post and reply in this forum.

I heard Tein Basics are crap. Most people would recommend Koni Yellows with Ground Control over Tein Basics.
