ok...this is more of an opinion thread...anyways...i have a 95 gsr...black. I want to get it painted over a new color. I was thinking about maybe white like my old gsr...but then i was thinking...if im gettin a new color...might as well get a more unique color...maybe a 350z orange? My setup right now is

carbon fiber vis invader hood
carbon fiber vis spoon lip
16" rota slipstreams gunmetal w/polished lip
converted everything to 98+ (front/rear bumper, tail lights, headlights etc.)
udsm type r wing

anyone else have a similar setup with a nice color? i want something to go nice with the gunmetal and carbon fiber. PIX WOULD BE NICE!

I think something towards a gray that would compliment the gunmetal and carbon fiber would look good. There's a paint color by Lexus that is a metallic gray, I've seen it on a del sol, and I drool every time I see it... I'll see if I can find pics...

 

There's the color, CF doesn't look right in that light, but normally it's beautiful...

friend's old 98 civic coupe w/ the lexus gunmetal color. kinda hard to see it, but its basically just a dark gunmetal color... and about the license plate, car has been sold and the plate has been retired i believe. dont worry about it.

 

sounds like a nice color...but looks just like black in the pix...right now...i'm thinkin bout something really extreme like the 350z orange i said b4...but i think a nice dark color might go nice also...dam...decisions....

 

My car was painted from black to white. It definetely looks hotter, but ride in a puddle and you got yourself a dirty car. I don't clean my car enough so it looks like crap. When it's clean though nothing compares
