I'm hearing mixed opinions on what actually needs to be modified to make the single lamp JDM style corner lights work with standard US market headlights on a 94 accord.

Some say the headlight needs to be trimmed, others say you just need to lose the running light bulb....

Can anyone who's done this confirm and give some detail?

94-97 are 5th gen accords BTW .

But as far as I know they should just go right in.
