RSX Changing Wheels, what is the bolt size?

I'm putting my summer wheels back on and I need to know what is the size of the bolt?

Also, how much do I torque them?

17mm for the oem lugs... some lock nuts are 21, some are 17.

Torque spec is 80 ft-lbs

actually, its 19mm; 12mm x1.50, lug pattern is 5 x 114.3
