only somtimes my h22 lude will sound like a oozy going when driving down the road. it only happens when i leave it in gear and let the gear slow the car down and then when go to hit the gas again it does the ozzy sounding thing. It will sound just like an oozy but the car will not move and the engine is still running but does not pull the car along at all. when giving alot of gas and when in high rpm the engine runs smooth and strong. i think it is something with my external coil or something in my distributor. thanx if u can help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

first things I would look at would be your air filter and fuel filter.
Is the sound coming from the engine compartment? Or is it coming from the exhaust?

 

mis fire....check your plugs

 

all new plugs and wires and both filters fuel and air and rotor button have been replaced

 

Not diagnosing a solution, but when my Ignition control modulator in the distributor went out, my car ran normal, but sometimes it would just stall completely when I drove it...Eventually it wouldn't start at all... Luckily I had a civic dx distributor and I pulled it out of there and it works perfect!

 

yea mine stalls completley 2 but only very rarely
