Default What spring rate with 22mm rear sway bar on EK?

i have a 2000 HB with a 22mm ITR rear sway bar w/beaks kit. I was wondering what would be a safe stiff spring rate for the rear, mainly because i dont want the subframe to **** out on me? And how different should the front rates be, say plus or minus 50?

Currently have off the shelf CG coilovers on stock shocks

There is your biggest problem. Get some real dampers if you are going to bolt on the other parts.

I think you're asking the wrong question. Ideally, you should pick shocks and spring rates first, then move on to swaybars.

I think his question was 'at what point (in rear spring rate) do i not need to worry about the rear subframe tearing out'

As long as you have some kind of reinforcement then you don't have to worry.

thats exactly what im asking, so any suggestiions will be appreciated

im thinking about using kyb agx shocks, but im not entirely positive on how high of a spring rate they can handle, for example 450 on agx?

So if you have a stiffer spring rate you don't need to worry about the sway bar tearing the subframe? And if so how stiff would you recommend? Do ITR's have some sort of reinforcement then because their rear spring rate is only like 250 (I think).
