I have a 1995 H22 with an external coil, and I was wondering how to wire up a MSD blaster SS coil to it. Their is a Black wire with a yellow stripe, a yellow wire, and a small blue wire. I assume the yellow is positive and the black is negative, but what is the blue wire for?

 

The yellow and black wires need to be wound together.....just call MSD....

 

So the yellow and black are both positive and the small blue is negative?

Well, I have my coil that I took off and the yellow and black are twisted together. This was when I had MSD 6 and stock coil.....So, I don't know 100%, but MSD customer service is very good, they can tell you how to do it in about 5 minutes....
