Default Need help wiring Halo projectors

I didnt get much of any help in the civic forum, so i figure ill try here.. this is on my 2000 civic

Alrite guys, i just bought some Halo projectors (if you dont like em, please dont bother posting and move on . . i like em)

does anyone know how to wire the halo's to the turn signals??
there are 3 wires -
red/black
black
green

and the halo's have red and black... so 2 reds and 2 blacks, does anyone know how to wire this **** together?? i tired and now my tailights dont light up unless i brake . .

im lost need help please

EDIT: here is a pic of em

also, i dont know anything about electrical stuff. . here is what i did though, and it did work for a split second. .

one headlight has 2 halos, so thus 2 red wires and 2 black wires,

so the black wires from the halo i connected to the black wire from the turn signal wires

and same thing with the red wire. . .

also if this hleps, my brake lights dont light up, only when i brake now, and my turn signal lights only go own when i use my turn signals or hazard, but they wont just light up like they are suppose to . .
