F22B1 ...94 accord, getting this skipping at low rpm....

At low rpm my car is skipping bad....the mechanic said it was cylinder one running lean. Any suggestions???? if i cant fix it i might do an engine swap, dont know much about it any help would be great..THANKS!!

well if its not that.. it could be you need a tune-up.bad fuel and air combo, no spark.bad wires..what the hell do a swap.
