Default need help with rust!

here are some pictures of the left and right sides infront of the rear wheel. What should i do to get rid of the rust? Is the sand/bondo/paint diy at http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/sh...=2868 ok for what i have to do or is this a bigger job? thanks for the info.

damn.... did you get bit by jaws? sike no..theyre where the famous rust spots always start.im not sure if thats the link but i just fixed my rear's too and they look hella better..goodluck

haha yeah.....say how did urs work out do u have ne pictures? the one thing that ill probably have trouble with is making the paint match.

i think you can just spray primer on it temporarily and then repaint that side when you have the $. gl

mine came out great!! i took my time and did it the right way.80-120-220-320 grit, drilled out the and about an inch around it..to make sure it didnt spread cuz it spreads fast and deeper then u think .it's like cancer,foreal.. the i did the bondo and file ,sand,and primer . and all the lil tricks to mske sure there were no ripples and all the lines were straight. the primered it.. it came out nice. i dont have any pix up yet ,im gonna post all pix from the star and all said and done ...soon!!an for the paint match the codes in the driver door and a good painter can match up the whole car,even if its set in the sun and the clears messed up.u should also get the whole car [lightly/comet type] scuffed an re-do the clear so the entire car has the shine..

I had the same problem with honda rot and had it professionally taken care of. Was costly but the one side looks great. the other side is already back. Rust is Cancer for your car. Best of luck..
