what kind of intake should i get for my 90-93 lx accord? i wanted buy this bomz short ram intake on ebay. im looking to spend only about 50 dollars or so. any suggestions?

 

that's pretty much your only thing you can get for 50 bucks.

bomz is the higher quality generic(knock off) brand you can get.

go for it but do consider swap the filter with something good.

 

i made my cold air intake it was around that much there is a web site that tells you how to make it with a pipe from jcwhiteny. the instructions are for a delsol but the general idea of how to make it is there.

 

when you figure in the amount of the piping, you actually save yourself only about 10-15 bucks, now that jcwhitney raised their prices since that DIY guide came out. not to mention those ebay intakes are getting cheaper by the day.

save yourself a lot of hassle and get an ebay intake. you've got a 4th gen, so i wouldn't worry about the filter... your engine is pretty worn by now anyways.
