Default after B18 swap, brake pedal get softer?

after i got my b18c1 swap into my crx, the brake pedal got softer and is not the way it was before when i had my reg motor in there. i was just wondering if that was normal or somethings wrong.

what version of the b18? i have a b18c1 gsr and i noticed something similar but not too soft. im pretty sure it is because the small brakes in the front cannot stop the more heavy gsr motor. bigger brakes would help. http://www.fastbrakes.com
