Emissions Question!!
i would believe so. in Connecticut you can't have any leaks at all according to the new rules and regulations. contact your local DMV and ask them if it will effect your test or not.

Here in maryland they call it a tainted sample if you have a hole in your exhaust system.. If you have a pin hole just seal it with jb weld and be done with it..
