Hey i was wondering what a good platform to start building a na engine would be.like what motor should i start with?it will be going in a 88 hatch.and im wanting to stay under or around about 3k?all input is appreciated since this will be my first motor build up.

or is it pssible to get not bad numbers out of a d15?
