90 Civic tranny problem. Help???

My brother has a 90 civic witha ZC and the stock transmission. The car will not go into reverse now. It just started doing it, and it will not go in at all?

Anyone have any ideas?

I already fooled with the linkage, loosened it a bit, and still no change. Adjusted the clutch, no change.

Anyone???
