Default Brake Bleed sequence (EK)

I see a lot of conflicting info on this. What is the true brake bleeding sequence for an EK w/o ABS? From what I've heard it is:

RR, LF, LR, RF

Can anyone confirm?

I'm using Speed Bleeders BTW.

TIA
Steve

RR,LR,RF,LF if your standing behind the car. you want to start with the one that is furthest away from the MC then work your way to the closest one

according to helms that is correct
others say each one farthest away from the mc...I find it hard to argue w/ helms

Typos exist... like the one describing a spring washer in my transmission that I installed the way the manual shows and blew up 5th gear.
