Hello, in the manual it says to turn on the high beams push lever forward, nothing happens, and it says to temporarily turn them on pull lever back and hold down. Well they work when we hold them down but nothing happens when we push forward, what could be wrong. please help me.

When you push it forward are your normal lights turned on? Two clicks then push it foward...
