My DC stainless header is just starting to change color (currently goldish) and some small scratches are starting to show. Must of hit it with the wratchet when I was putting it in. Nothing deep, just minor surface abrasions.

Any product out there that will polish them out to a mirror finish, without cause more harm than good?

 

That Meguiars Chrome polish worked wonders on someones FMIC in the FI forum. that stuff should work real well for you

 

Sand it. Start with 230 and repeat with finer paper, ie 320, 400, 600. Follow up with polish, it'll look better than new.

 

wrap it=no marks, but for some bling bling use a polishing wheel on a die grinder, worked wonders for me

 

wrap it = warranty void.

I'll try some polish. I think I've got some Mothers around here somew here.
