vtec head

I have a 97 integra ls with some mods. its slow and i hate it. i want to get a vtec ported and polished head, what do i need for the full install and how much is everything. some one help me out thanks !

you can get a complete head for about 700 and it shouldnt be that hard to install yourself

L/S vtec isn't an easy project. BUT if you know what you are doing and you get it to work it is very powerful if you got some cash. I suggest doing it if your real serious about it, and also if your mechanically inclined.

You can get quite a bit of power out of it with an all motor setup.
