Fiber Images CF Hood... Questions...
I just purchased a Fiber Images CF Hood for my 92-95 Civic Coupe, and when I installed it. I noticed that on one side of the car the hood sits up about an extra 1/4" of an inch. There is also a real noticeable gap between the headlights and the hood. Do you know any way that I can fix this?
I can take pics tomorrow during the day to post on here...
Also, it was a brand new hood. It was still in the box wrapped in plastic like the hoods usually come... Please let me know.

For some reason, the one raised side seems to be a "trademark" of FI hoods (must be a problem with the molds that they refuse to fix). You can try lowering the rubber hood stops and adjusting the latch to fix the headlight gap problem, but unfortunately, I've yet to see a great fitting FI hood.

My FI hood fits fine just no gaps and light as hell.........also no skeleton in the middle like the vis hoods

Probably, and it's always a god idea to have hood pins anyway. Everything seems hit and miss with CF hoods, haven't heard of anyone with a spotless record on CF hoods.

no hood pins for me
did you check to see if the reason your hood is not level is because it's hitting the motor? do you have a B swap? my hood had to be cut a little and now fits perfect.
what side is off? the driver side?
check your clearance see if that helps
