I have a problem with my car someone help
hey wuts going on I have a 92 civic cx with a 95 gs-r motor in it but lately the car when I stomp on the gas it studders like if it was backfiring or something was cutting off. vtec kicks in but I dont know what the car buggs out, like it feels like it has a short what can I do to stop this studdering
the car does have a check engine light one, but it had it ever since I did the swap and it was working fine now the past 2 months in the car has been doing that studdering ****? dont know what to do am short on money and here in florida the mechanics want to charge you a eye
im pretty sure its your fuel pump vtec is killing it lol ,upgrading to a 94+ gsr,97+ itr,99-00si should cure this, also check your fuel filter make sure its not clogged, all of these are cheap stuff you can do yourself,
fuel pump is under your back seat c-speed racing has the how to on it.
and you can find them for 30-40 used
fuel filter 20 bucks in autozone to install you ll need 2 17mm and 1 12mm .
also whats the number of the code your getting that might help in narrowing it down.
