i was wondering some things. what would be some pros and cons. im debating rather if i should get a 97 gsr or a 99-00 si. i know that the gsr has more power but is it better look wise? please post your PROs and CONs of both cars. thanks!

 

Both are going to be similar in price, probally similar in the abuse that they've taken, and similar to insurance (with the GSR probally being more).

Get what you want. Neither are racecars, and the GSR is a much nicer vehicle.

 

get a nice clean eg or ek and do a swap...make it look nice and drive the hell out of it..you'll like it soo much better than either one of those two cars

 

Get what your gut tells you to get, but the GSR is undoubtedly the better choice.

 

Not being biast cause I own an EM1 but before I got it I drove/rode in several GSR's and my brother RSX-S. Something about the SI was just nicer. Partially it is because I think Integra's are funny looking but they just don't seem as nice to me. Maybe because I don't care for leather interior. As far as speed they are going to be comparable. I've ran many GSR's with same mods and I am either right with them or pull from them. And I think the RSX-S is just a bad joke. So that is why I chose the SI. And for most people the SI is a little higher in insurance.

 

i agree with twisted, the integra dash is just silly looking. test drive a gsr and test drive an si and buy what you like, but ill bet youl like the si more. not to mention the fact that its newer.

similarly modded Si's and gsr's usually run very close.
