would the o2 make the ecu red line at 7500
i got a b16 in a 95 civic on a skunk 2 ecu and it bounces at 7500 i know this ecu has taken other cars to 9k but i have a check and giving the code for the o2 and its not hooked up yet havent had time could that be the reason its redlines at 7500 rpms or is it something else
