my 94 integra gsr bone stock with resonator removed maked this sharp rattlein noisy in every gear at about 3000rpm's and depending on throttle position it vary's in lenght and volume but this really runins this pure motor that have cause it stock and i love the way just and intake sounds
also i had a michanic check it out but this was b4 i got the car and i dunno i didn't know much then and i think he might have been trying to fill me with ****. because he said it'd take 200$ to fix because he has to remove the motor and set a pipe in the exhaust that it inside the the other pipe. now he never told me (since this was all threw another person, i never spoke with him directly cause of schueld) what pipe it was but it fill's like its in the header. at first i thought it was a heat shield but i got under the car and the sound is from inside i think the header or the front of the cat so do u think its something i can take care of? because me and my friend are pretty good back yard michalincs we do most **** ourselves

 

Maybe your cat converter is bad. I know I had a rattle in my old one and had to change it.
