If you had searched, you'd have found that the non-ABS '92-93 Si hatchback front rotors are 9.5".

I heard there was this thing called a "ruler" with a knockoff product being produced in conjunction called a "tape measure". Now, I'm not sure exactly what they do, but something tells me they'll give you a pretty accurate answer.

Apparently you aren't very good at it.

Again, if you had searched, you would have found that the following USDM Honda cars have 10.3" vented front rotors with a 4x100mm lug pattern:

- '92-95 Civic Si (with ABS)
- '94-95 Civic Si (non-ABS)
- '99-00 Civic Si
- '90-00 Civic EX
- '94-97 del Sol VTEC
- '90-01 Integra (except Type-R)
