ive heard you can have it in your car, it just cannot be activated. then ive also heard you cant have it connected to the lines on public streets. im from connecticut not many people are on spray. anyone got input?

 

From what I understand the bottle has to be closed at the valve. It can be hooked up, but not open.

 

i've heard the same things as well...I know in virginia you can legally use it on the street...but when you empty it it has to be purged or something like that. I don't know much about nitrous soo. Oh I know its legal in va because my father is a state trooper and i just asked him and he said its cool to use. There is just a couple little things about it that you have to adhear by.

 

in IL you have to be able to show the cop where the line breaks... in other words, where its disconnected.

 

What about in Cali?

I know pently of people who use juice in CT.
But from what a cop told me cause he was gonna arrest my friend for having it in his car.
You have to have stickers on your car saying you are carrying NO2. And you must have somekind of license/permit so you can carry it. I dont know, it sounded like bull **** to me but thats what the cop told me and my buddy

I've heard it can't be opened and I've heard the line cannot run to the bottle (seems logical). I drive around with my connected but not open obviously.

in ohio,..you can have the bottle,..valve must be closed,..and the main line cannot be connected to the bottle,...i have my bottle hidden in a gym bag behind my driver side seat

Thank God I haven't been pulled over yet.

 

i pass people already ... but sometimes there's like 3-4 cars in a row doing the speed limit holding me up .... i wanna 3 second nos shot that makes them say damn

yes in cali u have to have the bottle off and disconnected and trust me you dont want to have sprayed anytime b4 a cop has pulled you over cause he will check your lines to see if there wet cali sux and so do cops

just be safe, Once in NC i got pulled and my car was searched and the police man, found my bottle and i went to jail for the night! My mom had to wire money to the bonds man to get me out at 1am it sucked, and i wasn't even spraying it, my bottle was closed and the system was off, i guess it just depends on the cop

i asked a state trooper in MN and he said it is perfectly legal up here atleast
