is nos good or bad idea on a obd0 b16a?

 

I had it on my ls/vtec with 11:5:1 set up

but no going to higher compression so I can't but if set up right it is coo

but if not set up right BooM!!!!!!!!

there goes ur rods, pistons
or maybe melted inside which sucks
