Are B18B1 of 1995 made entirely in aluminium? If so, what are the advantages, besides being lighter? Is this more reliable?

Re: Aluminium engines (RS1995)
Most any engine today could be made out of Aluminum. Aluminum is lighter, cheaper, and easier to machine than steel or iron.
