where should i adjust the AEM cam gears for best time on the 1/4 mile?

Default where should i adjust the AEM cam gears for best time on the 1/4 mile?

hey guys i got 99' lude with greddy evo, aem adjustable cam gears and intake with dc sports 4-2-1` stainless steel headers.
where should i adjust my cam gears? i was using +2 on intake and +1 on exhaust
any 1 dyno there cars with these in there with any good results?

you need to dyno tune for best results

I found 0 on exhaust and +2 on the intake to work well.. Prelude like about 2 degress of overlap...

see I tuned mine, to -2 +4 ya got launch at at least 3 grand or it doesn't like it and bogs down on you. You lose a lil low power but you get lots of pull at 80 and up. You can feel the differance there.
