i have a D15B2 stock engine. today in the rain i notice that when i use the left or right signal, there isnt a blinking, just a solid light (as on the outside as well). i check the ecu and i get 16 short blinks (code 16). but code 16 is for the fuel injector, and it sounds more like electrical with all the rain. when i started the car, i heard a sizzling / crackeling sound. and it happens when i use the signals or the Emergency light. AND i dont get a check engine light. anyone have any suggestions?
