Default CEL Question....Stupid, I know, but I need to know the answer

I have a 95 CX that I swapped a D16Z6 into it, and went from the 1 wire o2 to a 4 wire o2. I was getting codes (1, 41, 43), all of which were related to the o2 sensor being bad. I changed it and I THINK the codes went away. When I jump the two wires to check the codes, the check engine light stays on, does this mean I've done away with all my codes? Pleas someone tell me I'm correct in my thinking. Thanks all.

GODDAMNIT!!! The shitty little #6 code is back, Coolant Temp Sensor. I've changed it twice, and I still get the same results. How do I get rid of it???
