To mods, sorry but this is the only place I WAS ALLOWED TO POST WITHOUT GETTIN AN ERROR!

Uhh, just signed up now im trying to find out some info on a MEET in TN....if it was still happening or not, problem is I can't send pms, I can't even post but to certain forums on this site...I keep getting the following error:

"You do not have permission to participate in this forum."
or
"You do not have permission to post a new topic in this forum ."
or
"You do not have permission to use instant messager."

Whuts tha dealz?
