Default WTB:99 si rear sway bar setup or integra.Si cluster

What i'm looking for..have cash in hand.
- 99si sway bar setup or integra setup..i have the integra bar i just need the endlinks and all but i will take the whole thing to make it easier for you.
-99 or 2000 civic si gauge cluster, because i have a '97 hatch w/out a tach. so if you have one laying around or something let me know.
