It's gonna kill you like Pop Rocks and Soda!
It's fine, most wheels are hub centric and the clamping force of three lugs are more than enough. BTW, how hard is it to buy or put the fourth one on?

there like 1.50 a piece at like NAPA or other places like that, it doesnt take all that much time like 30 mins or so max but then a gain ive done it quite a few times.
take care of it asap. i had 3...i drove on the freeway going 65 on the last right lane. (slow lane) at nite n i hit a bump or someshit n why whole fuken rim (blackies) came off! nothing else happen..car slam down on my ROTORS n i controlled it n pulled over to the right. luckily i wasnt in the last lane. it would have prolly got *** up real bad. so yea its pretty dangerous

It's not too hard, it's just a matter of having the right tools and stuff... do a search... there are essentially two ways to approach it... either grind down the stud a little so you can slip it by the hub, or do it the "right" way and take the hub off. Niether way is "easy" but they're not too difficult as long as you're patient and take your time.

I did it for a good while. If its just the threads, try the
tap and die. Tire places wont re-thread them anymore,
says it makes them weak. I belive it does weaken them,
but whats worse? A weeker stud? Or 3 lug nuts?
Funny story though, I live out in the sticks, so everyone
drives big *** jacked up trucks. One day I was walking out
to my car and this guy had his truck up on a jack, with no
tire, like in the entrance to the lot. I guess he was missing
a nut or two, and when he was turning it he heard it snap
and made it about 10 feet and the whole wheel fell off.
Crap like that would make me want to get it fixed as soon
as I could.

Its the wheel stud, its a bit more in depth then putting on a lug nut.
Why even post if your not going to add anything usefull?
I really cant see this being a problem, except for that one in a
million chance you hit that bump in the road at just the right
rotation of your wheel. But if it can happen, it will.

He'LL BE FINE
come on guys.. idiots.
if you hit a bump and your wheel stud is at the bottom, it will snap them and your wheel comes off. It's just a matter of %.
get it fixed.

time for ARP's. driving with only three will put added strain on the ones that are left and weaken them. to replace the stud, you have to pull the hub out, get the knuckle pressed off so you can hammer out the studs and knock new ones in. if you have access to a mechanical press it doesnt take long at all. replace your wheel bearings while you're at it, because pressing everything apart usually ***** those up too.
no need to worry i had this mad jdm yo!!!! 3 lug conversion on my white eg hatch with a b20z in it and drove all the way to florida and back and around another 6-7 hundred miles i traded it to a guy in indiana and he drove it back .......i would not recomend autocrossing but you can drive on it as long as you want its not to hard at all to fix but i know up here in ohio the weather isnt to friendly to fix thats why i let mine go and drove thousands of miles on it
