Well, my neighbor knocked on my door about an hour ago saying that my window was smashed in. I ran downstairs and found glass all over the passenger side floor and seat. Well, THANK GOD nothing was taken. I imagine someone must have come and they ran off. I need to get my windows tinted and an alarm system on there ASAP. Being in Miami isn't the best place for my car. I feel for everyone that has had this happen to them. I'm going to go get it fixed now. Later guys, and watch out for your cars!

 

If they didn't take anything, it's possible someone you pissed off just wanted to vandalize your property Good luck getting it fixed.

That sucks, it could be a random act of volience. Last time that happend to me they a-holes throw in sour cream and dead fish on my pass seat. My truck smelled like dead fish for a year. That was a random act of volience. Thank God that nothing has happend to the R yet.

you're absolutely right that Miami is not the place to have it...just lucky that your car was still there!

 

They may have been just checking to see if theres an alarm on it. I would keep an eye on it.

 

i just don't get it, how can anyone own a type-r, spend money on mods, and not spend that money on an alarm first, i mean it's not like many itrs get stolen ever (sarcasm), i mean if it is stolen you can just replace it with a rsx-s Seriously though it's a mystery to me why any itr owner on this board would be naive enough to not buy an alarm as their first investment in the car.

 

Yeah, but whens the last time someone posted saying there car was almost stolen thanks to their alarm! They just don't work.

 

get a pager for your alarm, it's a lot easier than relying on the neighbors dog, espcially if you stay up late and night, i have a car cover and there is NO WAY that you can move the car without it paging me

 

....that's exactly what I think it may have been. As far as pissing someone off... I actually don't have any enemies really. Can you guys tell me more about the alarms with pagers? It would be perfect because then I'd be able to know what's going on from my place.

damn that sucks. you can probably get your window replaced for under $150. i hate when **** like this happens. I think every car should be parked inside a garage. too many haters in the world.

Damn, those pumpkins did some damage! I feel for ya. I think I'm going to gather the glass pieces and make a broken glass collage and hang it in my room to remind me of those bastards breaking my window.
