Feel free to correct me but i heard that comptech makes one of the best intake systems around and as for their header i have never heard anything bad about them, but i have Dc's my advice is to go with the comptech.

If you're tryin to make 200 whp then yes, the Comptech exhaust system will hold you back. IIRC, the Comptech piping on the exhaust is 2.25" which is good for about 180 whp. For 200 whp you're going to need 2.38" piping at minimum and preferebly a 2.5" system.

Also, if you were to get a Comptech header, you would want to get the Race version and not the street version.

what's the big difference? wouldn't the race version effect your emissions pretty bad?

The street version is CARB legal, while the race version is a Hytech copy and not CARB legal.

You don't have to get the Comptech race, but you can't go with a generic street header.
