I'm pretty sure they were silverstars. I've got them on my car, and they're way brighter. I know raybrig makes high output bulbs that will fit civics, but they're the higher wattage rated bulbs so you may run into heat / melting problems. Go with the silverstars $20 for both bulbs.

On a side note, only the headlight silverstar bulbs were sold at the rice zones. I looked for the fog and turn lights at every local auto store around because the rest of the lighting in my car looked like crap after installing the headlight silvers.

the best way to have bright running lights is to wire them with relays. its a really popular mod in LA. basically, you wire the bright filament to stay on with the parking lights, and blink off with the turn signal. you could also just switch the turn signal wire and parking light wire, but you cant really see the turn signal.

most ppl get rid of them after a while b/c their lenses start to melt due to the fact that the bright filament isnt supposed to be constantly on.

Or you could just do what I did and delete the parking lights in the front all together. If you really want, wire both the low and high filament as your turn signals.
