New Engine timing bounces all over
I just swapped a new engine into my 90 teg, and it starts but is very loud, and when I check the timing it bounces around the mark, like I throw a light down there and the mark is before and then after the line on the engine. Should it stay in one place? and is this what is making all the noise? Also the stupid plastic cover rubs on the cam gears. And the Timing belt seems loose, but I let the tensioner go to tension and then tightened it.
