Default nasty motor swap

Does anyone know if it is possible to swap an H22 into a 96 integra. If so what will i need besides the motor, trans, and computer, and about what cost am i looking at.

yeah you can. i dont know much, but i think you need custom axles, but im not positive

Why do you consider that a "nasty" swap ?

It's been done before. It's like any other swap as far as parts needed.

Engine, transmission, shift linkage, ECU, axles, wiring harness (and if your car is non-VTEC, then you must do more wiring on your own), you need a mount kit, which HASport makes.


Look at spending atleast $5k for this swap.

What makes you want to do this swap ? What are your future goals for the car ?

It's a very potent swap, and as mentioned above, shouldn't cost you more than four or five thousand depending upon the cost of the engine. May I suggest you upgrade to a more solid suspension in the front to handle the added weight.
