I'm going to be putting in a whole new exhaust on my car. DC Sports 4-2-1 Header, Random Technology High Flow Cat and a 5Zigen Fireball Cat-Back. What I was wondering was what kind of gains should I expect from it. We'll be putting it all in at the same time, so i expect to feel the difference, but I'm just wondering HP/Torque wise...what will I gain? Thanks in advance.

It's good that you also have the cai or it really wouldn't do you any good with the exhaust parts. Like Drag said, you will probably only see a gain of 8-12hp(probably closer to 8). If that's not enough, I would suggest richening up your fuel a bit at higher rpm say with a VAFC and an adjustable fpr.

If I were you I wouldn't waste my money on a high-flow cat unless you plan on going turbo in the very near future. It isn't really worth the 1WHP it will give you.

 

I'm thinking of turboing over the summer when i get the money...I was thinking of getting a FPR and VAFC too, just wasnt sure if it would help or what..
