One option that would work is a 15" steelie for a 97 and up Prelude. I've seen an ITR swap rims with a Prelude and vice versa. Not sure if the hub diameter is the same tho.

The mazda 929 rims are around 13 lbs and the millenia are ~12 lbs depending on year.
