Im trying to rent a house in downtown kirkland that is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. My other two friends droped out and I still want the house. Rent is 430+util. It has a huge two car garage and parking for nine cars on pavement with out useing the street. Its seriously 30 secconds from the downtown strip and beach. located in kirkland wa. Im a professional and not home much. I work for a Ferrari race team so im gone a lot of weekends. The land lord doesnt care if we use the garage and shop to work on cars. Email me or pm me.
